Take "N.O.T.E" of your Gratitude "I'm grateful for. . ."
"NOTE" Names, Opportunities, Things, Experiences. Examples: I'm grateful for... (Name) Coach Pinto's help at training. (Opportunity) My game next week. (Thing) My warm bed that I sleep in. (Experience) Having lunch with my brother.
Set a goal for today. What would make today great?
Example: Take extra time for myself before leaving the house, training my technical skills today, giving a thank you note to mom, or getting to bed before 11pm
Affirm Yourself. "I am. . . "
When you're at your very best, who are you? Example: I am strong, full of energy, connected, focussed.
