This is a no-nonsense program to make you fast, strong, and fit.
The overall objective is to make you a more dynamic, fast footed, and stronger soccer player through drills that focus on conditioning specific aspects of functional movement that can be applied directly to soccer. It can be used in offseason, or modified to be used throughout your season (depending on your frequency of team training).
